Refund policy

We accept returns for orders delivered within the United Arab Emirates within 10 days from the date of delivery, subject to the following conditions:
Items must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in original condition
All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact
Proof of purchase is required

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.

International orders are eligible for returns only in the form of store credit.
Approved returns will be issued as credit to the customer’s account, equal to the value of the returned item(s). This credit may be used toward a future purchase and is non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all product descriptions, sizing information, and measurements before placing an order.

Please note that cash refunds or exchanges are not available for international orders.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
Sale or discounted items
Items marked as Final Sale
Items that show signs of use, washing, or damage caused by the customer



FAULTY, DAMAGED, or INCORRECT PRODUCTS

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.

In such cases, we will offer a replacement or refund in accordance with UAE consumer protection regulations.



REFUNDS
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method
Refund processing times may take 7–14 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider
We reserve the right to refuse refunds that do not meet the return conditions stated above

ORDER MODIFICATIONS & CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be modified within 24 hours of placement, subject to the following conditions:
Modification requests must be made within 24 hours of placing the order
Requests are accepted only via Email or WhatsApp
Modifications are subject to order processing status and item availability
Price differences (if any) must be paid by the customer

Examples of allowed modifications include:
Size changes
Color changes
Shipping detail corrections

Order cancellations are NOT accepted.

Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded, even if it is within the 24-hour modification window.
