What size is best for me?
Unsure what size to get? You can use both our Interactive Size Chart, found on every one of the product pages, to determine the best size for you. The Interactive Size Chart can be used to compare our garment measurements to clothes you already own, to ensure our items fit you just as well. If you still aren't sure, you can always message us and we can help you out.
Do you accept returns?
Yes. We accept returns for orders delivered within the UAE within 10 days of delivery, provided items are unused, unworn, and returned with original tags and packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
International orders are eligible for store credit only. Return shipping costs and original shipping fees are non-refundable. Certain items, including sale and final sale items, are not eligible for return.

Where do you ship from, and do you ship worldwide?
All orders are shipped from our studio in Dubai — a central hub that connects us to the world. Each piece is prepared with precision and care before beginning its journey to you.
I Haven't Received An Order Confirmation?
If you haven't received your order confirmation email, please note that sometimes it may be automatically linked to the email associated with your default payment method. Order confirmations are sent to all customers within 5-10 minutes of purchasing. If you have not received one, please check your spam / trash folder. If you still can't find it, you can reach out to us for help (info@supertopofficial.com) and we’ll locate it. To locate your order, we'll just need your full name, shipping address, and purchase date.
Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes! When your orders ships out, you'll automatically be notified via e-mail. This e-mail will also contain a tracking number that you can click to see where exactly your package is on it's journey. If you lose this tracking number, you can also email / DM us and we'd be happy to check on the status of your item!
Can I pay using Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes. We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for orders shipped within the UAE and GCC countries.
UAE orders are typically delivered within 1–3 business days. For GCC orders, delivery times may vary, and any applicable customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
What payment methods do you accept?

You can complete your purchase using Apple Pay, Cash on Delivery (COD), and major credit or debit cards including Visa and Mastercard. How will I know when the next drop is coming?

Will a drop ever return?
Occasionally, a drop may reappear — not as a repetition, but as a revival. Each return carries a new perspective, a refined detail, a fresh emotion. The essence remains; the expression evolves.
Do you ship orders during the drop or after it closes?
Our special collections are released through limited drops. To ensure fairness, precision, and a seamless experience, all orders are shipped only after the drop has officially closed. This allows us to process every purchase together, carefully prepare each package, and deliver your piece as part of a complete, limited release.
Care & Instructions
How should I care for my garment?
To preserve the quality, fit, and design of your piece, we recommend washing it inside out at 30°C with similar colors. Avoid tumble drying. When ironing, turn the garment inside out and use low heat, avoiding direct contact with printed areas to maintain the finish over time.
Why are care instructions important?
Each piece is crafted with attention to detail and premium finishes. Following the recommended care instructions helps maintain the fabric, structure, and overall aesthetic of the garment over time.
